    Good books

I've been looking for some good books to read. No twilight/Harry Potter stuff but books that will open my mind a bit. Not sure if this is the right section but anyway, thanks for the suggestions!

    Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk

Any Of his books actually...trendy but still good reads. My least favorite of his was Tell-All.

Pygmy, Tell-All and Haunted all suck.

The Long Walk by Stephan King

The plot is basically 100 young men enter a walking contest. The rules are simple you if you walk under 4 MPH you get a warning. If you get 3 warnings they kill you. The last man walking gets the ultimate prize: anything for the rest of his life. Book is crazy psychologically and very entertaining read.
