Anybody seen it?

I for sure thought it would be another one of Ferrell's down hill movies. like Kicking and Screaming, and land of the lost.

But this was hilarious. I laughed throughout the whole movie.

I saw it on Saturday, really funny. There were a lot of jokes that reminded me of Anchorman in how off-the-wall they were.

Really happy with the success it's having. I was an intern at both companies shown in the opening titles, so it's cool to see the product of 9 months of work that I was involved in in some capacity.

I'm a pretty big Will Ferrell fan, and must say this may have taken over as my favorite movie of his. I was actually surprised not a single person in the theater laughed at the bus part.

i thought the director and writers did really well on this movie.

The director and the writer are the same person (Adam McKay). Chris Henchy did co-write it, but the original idea was McKay and Ferrell's.

McKay also had a cameo as Dirty Mike, the leader of the homeless guys.

i heard ferrell was trying to get mark wahlberg to act in it for months

He was slated to be in it before the script was even finished. The role was essentially written for him.
