Aside from tastefully naked Jessica Alba...

Machete is the uncle of the two kids from Spy Kids.

...the same dude that decapitated 4 dudes in one shot and used a guy's intestines as a rope swing to get the floor below him.

And Robert Rodriguez practically admits to it in a lot of interviews about the movie.
