Best or Favourite?

I'd say the best is Pulp Fiction, but my favourite is Back to the Future.

Pulp Fiction was a great movie, but I don't think there's no way in hell it could be in the running for Best Movie Ever. Think about it, this isn't the best out of the last 25 years. This is EVER....

You got movies dating all the way back to the 30's to consider. With the exception of The Godfather and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, all of those movies are relatively new. I could easily call those movies my favorites(except Titanic), but never "The Best Ever".
