I think Luciano is called Lucky because historically he always avoided jail. My guess is it's more about introducing Luciano as a main character for next season?

I'll go out on a limb and say that Gyp dies at the hands of Gillian, who "accidentally" kills him during kinky sex.

I think it was Gillian in the preview, but I don't want to watch it again because it was really spoiler-ey. Anyway, I think Richard being the one to off Gyp is the most satisfying pay-off available and it ties up two divergent stories.

From what I've read, there is debate as to what gave him the nickname. Luciano did avoid jail while younger but did spend time in jail later in life. And was deported from the United States as well.

Just finished the episode with Mrs. Leaf and she saw the ear-to-ear grin on my face when Capone stepped out from the crowd. HOLY FUCKING SHIT! A few weeks ago we thought that "Shit just got real." Now I think it's safe to say that "Shit just got real...like really real."
