Saul kind of does make sense, he definitely knew about the chick and her son.... I was glad to see a different ending to this episode, the first couple of seasons the penultimate episode always ended crazily.Comment

Why does that automatically mean Walt did it though? Remember Mike worked for Saul as well. And Mike works for Gus too. There is a connection there too.
I still don't think Walt did it. Yeah he's in a paranoid state, and he gets really unpredictable and all of that, yeah I know he's killed before, but there just isn't any point to killing the kid from his perspective. To "get Jesse back" for siding with Gus, I just don't think that adds up. No, I think Mike did it after Saul gave him the shit. But how would Saul know? Gus told Mike, Mike delivered the message, and before you start saying "yeah but Mike is in Mexico laid up...Remember Mike is a badass that would crawl through glass to do a job, and he's had enough to time be sown up and injected with plenty of blood bags. I think he's destined to show up again before the end of the season.
my 2 cents. I could be wrong of course, Walt could have done it, Mike could have died from gang green, and Gus could die this season. All doubtful IMO, but whatever happens I'm sure I'll be fucken stoked and on the edge of my seat next Sunday night! I'm on for the ride. :kwon:sigpicComment

that kid worships jesse. he's the only one who has shown that kid any kind of love. honestly, i think the kid just smoked the cigarrette trying to be like Jesse. I don't think we've seen Gus's response yet. I also don't think we'll find out this season. get ready for the inevitable cliffhanger till next summer...Comment

However, his best chance to do this is with Jesse, but Gus has guys making sure Walt can't talk to Jesse at his place. So, Walt comes up with a plan to get Jesse to come to him and hopefully convince him to join his cause. I don't think his motive would be to get back at Jesse.
I don't think Gus knew about the Ricin TBH. I think he would have killed Walt and/or Jesse if he found out about it (especially after Jesse was filmed giving the instructions on how to cook). That said, I could see Mike or one of his guys taking action if they found out.
There's always the possibility that something out of left field will present itself as the reason for the kid's poisoning as well.
I initially thought the boy may have smoked the cigarette as Diivox posted. However, Jesse put that to bed when he confronted Walt and said he still had the Ricin after the last time he saw the boy.Comment

doesnt mean thats the story that will stick. Ever done something retarded like lose your wallet and not be able to remember what the fuck happened but swear you had it at certain times? I'm skeptical of that. It's Breaking Bad. we never see it coming. thats why the show is so amazing.Comment
