My main gripe with the past theatrical versions of Supes is the Lois Lane character. She is never worthy as far as looks goes. Everyone knows Lois needs to be OUT of this world HOT!

as a Superman fan, i'm happy there is finally a director, but Snyder, i just feel hes more of a comic book straight to movie type guy, 300, and Watchmen he basically put what was in the graphic novels onto the screen, my problem is that, hes doing a movie based off just a screenplay, no actual single graphic novel

i think visually, it'll be amazing like all his movies, and for casting, he usually casts unknowns, or not big A listers, kinda like Nolan in a way

Goyer is writing the script, which, like "Superman Returns," is rumored to have a connection to Richard Donner's "Superman" films. In this case, it's the villain, General Zod.

Snyder's visual style and a Nolan approved script sounds fucking awesome!
