Conan on TBS Debuts Tomorrow (Monday)

Conan O'Brien returns to live television for the first time since January 22nd, 2010 when he hosted his final Tonight Show before it was taken back by Jay Leno.

O'Brien starts on TBS at 11pm eastern competing with A) Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, B) Local News broadcasts nationwide, C) Jay Leno and D) David Letterman....among every other network obviously.

(BTW, recently Letterman has had better ratings than Leno and Leno's ratings were no better than Conan had...so fuck NBC)\\

Was a decent, albeit underwhelming first episode. It looked like a "get your feet wet" type of re-introduction.

The opening segment was pretty funny. I def agree that this ep seemed like a "test run" and was decent. I'm sure it'll get into a groove in the next couple of weeks.

I will say Conan with the beard is awesome. (no homo :D)

Decent first episode, but I feel like people expected a lot out of it. The song with Jack White was cool and I like they he picked up where he had left off in terms of just doing a talk show. It will be tough to choose Conan over The Daily Show every night, but Daily Show is always reshown a few times. I hope his ratings stay around Leno's. Although, being on basic cable, it will be tough to continually stay ahead of Leno.
