I guess I'll post mine now and then add the descriptions and shit later.

        10.) Curren$y - Pilot Talk 2 | 4.08
9.) Big Boi - Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty | 4:13
        8.) Trey Songz - Passion, Pain & Pleasure | 4.17
        7.) Shad - TSOL | 4.27
        6.) Freddie Gibbs - Str8 Killa EP | 4.28
        5.) R. Kelly - Love Letter | 4.32
        4.) Janelle Monae - The ArchAndroid | 4.39
        3.) Curren$y - Pilot Talk | 4.53
        2.) Big K.R.I.T. - K.R.I.T. Wuz Here | 4.60
1.) Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy | 4.65

(I didn't include MM4 in the album list because it was intended to be a mixtape, whereas something like K.R.I.T. Wuz Here was intended to be a street album.)

It's really not that great. I fell in love with at first, mainly cause it was a new Eminem release, but over time I realized how much I didn't enjoy it. Don't get me wrong, it still has its gems, but I thought it was a pretty good year for rap and an album with meh production and forced punchlines wasn't cracking my top 10.

Curren$y's album is really better than Em's?

I thought Em's album was terrible. I'm a huge fan of Curren$y so I might be biased, but I think both of his albums were better than Em's.

Both of them were easily. Hell, instrumental albums of both would be better. The production on both Pilot Talks is incredible.

And I'm a fan of Curren$y, but nowhere as near as a fan of Em.

I'm a huge Em fan so I'm obviously biased. I thought the album was great. I still listen to it nearly all the way through weekly.

                          Just about. :hyphen:

And I'm a huge Em fan like I said in my previous post Primetime, but I just can't get into the entire album anymore. Again, there are gems (25 To Life, Space Bound, Talkin' 2 Myself) but the overall album just falls short in my mind, especially putting it against some of these others I loved.

Ahh nope can't do Recovery. The first time I thought it was really good, then on the 2nd listen I realized all the songs were basically the same. Especially when compared to The Marshall Mathers LP which had really diverse songs like..

                            Stan
                            The Way I Am
                            The REal Slim Shady
                            Drug Ballad
                            etc...

I feel like he focused too much on his comeback on this album, I'm close to calling it a concept album.

Yeah, it kinda sounds the same because of the production, because there are no beats that stand out and then some that are just an absolute abortion (i.e. No Love, which really hampered a surprisingly good Lil' Wayne feature and a damn good verse by Em himself...yeah fuck you Swizz Beatz).

25 To Life is easily the best song on there in my mind; it's Eminem's version of "I Used To Love H.E.R." by Common.

Oh, and I was extremely late on two other albums - How I Got Over by The Roots and The Stimulus Package by Freeway & Jake One - but if I would have copped them earlier, I'm almost sure they would have been in my top 10 as well.
