It's very realistic.

Show has already reminded me of 2 important life lessons:

1. Don't get married.
2. Don't have daughters.

I'm going to make a wild prediction and say the wife dies by season's end and makes a full blown comeback. Keep in mind that I am a couple episodes behind so I don't really know what is going on right now.

I skipped a few episodes because the show wasn't doing much for me but the last few have been pretty good. Whoever does the music for the show LOVES Dan Auerbach's solo album, I've heard at least 2-3 of his songs in the show haha.

I'm not sure how I was expecting the show to go but definitely not like this, I had very high expectations that haven't been met.

After the 3rd season of Sons of Anarchy, 1st season of Louie, Terriers, and Justified, they were bound to produce a miss. Hell though their miss is still a lot better then some of the other shit on tv. I just expected the world of this show, setting myself up.

I haven't watched Sons but I think what's missing from Lights Out that I enjoy most in Terriers and Justified is that wry sense of humor that's in every episode. During both of those shows I'd get a good chuckle a few times, with Lights Out I don't.

I cant say i dont like the show, but its seem to be a bit predictable right now... hopefully there is some type of twist coming that can pull everyone back in for the final few episodes...
