I know the book is good, 18 billion people have told me so.

I also know this movie is not going to even remotely represent said book well. Lots of good movies get made on shoestring budgets - this is not one of those movies.

Its not even how the story is conveyed, they are basically saying it is a pox on film making with how poorly it was done.

A friend of mine was doing a PR Internship for some Republican PAC in D.C. eariler this year, and they were pushing people to see this film HARD.

Republicans in general know nothing about art and have poor taste, so I knew immediately not to see it.

I found it especially funny because Rand hated Christianity and died on welfare. The GOP only sees that she hated Communism/Socialism though.

EDIT: Not that Dems don't suck either. They do, just in different ways.
