Terminator salvation was a disapointment beyond words.

How do you fuck a story that is handed to you like that? We already know the characters and their backstory. We already know why the war started. We already know some basic characteristics of the war. Just make a fucking war movie, make John Conner a badass leader and you atleast get a 7/10 popcorn flick. Maybe you even manage to make Saving Private Ryan in the future.

the United States of Leland is a great movie, but Fargo is even better. There is a lot of hype surrounding the movie, though, so I guess I can see where you'd be disappointed.

Also, what are you talking about with the languages? That because they have subtitles its fine everyone understands each other?

He has decent development, but some of it seems sudden and rushed, as opposed to gradual and realistic. In general, I was impressed with the movie because - despite the fact that everything was supremely fast paced - it obviously needed to be done that way due to the amount of screen time... They had a lot of shit to cram into the 2.5? hours... Strangely enough, though, a lot of the story seems to take place within a few days, and that seems forced, but then if you've ever seen 24, maybe not so much...

As for the languages, I'm saying that they have a loose understanding of each other. Not just the people with the aliens, but the people amongst each other...

What I'm saying is that the use of subtitles implies that they all have some manner of issues communicating with each other... As such, the fact that they can at all amongst the heavily accented implies that they would, as well, be able to with the aliens.

Still a bit of a stretch, but people don't seem to care.

He hella earned getting slugged. Dumbass. "Shoot first, ask questions later."

              He said "My fault."

Damned skippy. Dressing up like a damned zombie. He's lucky Woody Harrelson didn't kill him.

Get yourself a copy of the first two Terminator movies ASAP. The last two in the series don't compare.

Kinda like when my buddy told me the new Travolta movie was awesome.

Then I remembered it was Travolta, and Pierre Morel.

I'm sure Pitty will enjoy it, though.

                              You are the man.

Believe or not, this movie didn't even make MM's top 100, behind ''Usual Suspects.''

That's right, I still haven't let it go.

The Hurt Locker - Great movie. Very suspenseful. Every scene in the field had me on the edge of my seat like I was watching the fourth quarter of a Notre Dame game. It's also an interesting look at the effects of the pressure associated with bomb disposal.
