All those other movies sound badass or seem "serious". Spinal Tap always hit me as a cheesy movie Jack Black will remake in a few years.

Just watch it. It's a Christopher Guest film, so it's a mockumentary.

It's so wonderful. I wasn't alive at release, but my dad told me that when it came out, so many people thought they were a real band and were confused as to why they'd never heard of them.

It only seems right for all VSNers to want to watch some good trolling.

I've only seen Taxi Driver, Reservoir Dogs, and Goodfellas on this list, although I plan on seeing all of these eventually. My Italian heritage has been questioned many times because I have never seen The Godfather in its entirety.

In my suite at college it has sort of become a running joke to ask me whether I have seen a certain movie or not because I claim to be much more knowledgable than all of them about film, yet I have not seen most classic/popular movies.

I thought this was interesting. I haven't seen The Godfather, Casablanca, or 2001.

Of those I have only seen Blade Runner and that's only because I was forced to for an elective lit class on Phillip K. Dick I took in college.

I want to see The Godfather but most days I don't have nine free hours to commit to watching a movie.

The Godfather is a fast 3 hours. Finally watched it last month.

If I ever have the time I'd love to watch Godfather I and II, Goodfella's and Casino.

I loved Christopher Guest's movie "Waiting for Guffman", hated Best in Show. I might give Spinal Tap a try.

Same here, as long as you count The Godfather and Reservoir Dogs on VHS.

The Great Escape was the first movie I bought on DVD and I generally watch it at least twice a year. Christmas isn't Christmas without The Great Escape.

As I've proudly stated many times on VSN, I've never seen Rocky or any of its sequels. I hadn't seen Godfather I or II until about two years ago, but I've since watched it three or four other times.
