i seriously doubt he gets paid that much....maybe a mill and episode and thats waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much.

No it wasn't, the show makes way too much money right now to not try something. A foolish decision would be to cancel it.

the fact that jake is almost 18 in real life....the cute kid factor is now gone. they really screwed up when they went with charlie getting engaged, the show lost something, as the character was a playboy....seeing him with one woman kinda kills the playboy effect.

Exactly, he hasn't been a half man in a ling while, Charlie was carrying that show the past few seasons. It's not like replacing Shelley Long with Kirstie Alley, this would be like replacing Ted Danson with John Travolta

I'm not trying to say this is wrong, but enough people have paid attention to this whole mess of a situation for them not to tune into the show going forward.


If it bombs it bombs, but it's going to generate revenue right now either way.

Me too, but still, can't see a future for the show, I won't argue its about the money, I just think it was better off dying ahead than doing this

Well I have never liked this show and always thought that those who did were the lowest form of human this planet has to offer. But now that they've made this enticing change, well, I'll still continue to feel that way.
