Dice Clay is going to be a failing point of this season. Its dumb.

Ari's situation is going to be the only piece that keeps this thing entertaining. So far, the job done by Piven has been amazing. Emmy award winning, if continued down this path.

I think Sloan is still going to be involved in the storyline. Here is my guess:

 

Could be a possible spoiler or not, I don't know, but in an interview, Sloan said the show was going to end with a Big Bang. And Johnny Galecki (from Big Bang theory) was on the first episode meeting with Eric making weird comments about being interested Sloan. So maybe something happens between those two. The downisde is, we've already seen this before with Eric and Seth Green fighting over Sloan.

Again just a guess.
