Anybody else watch the premier last night? It was pretty decent, I'll keep watching since there's really nothing else on over summer. TNT has some pretty good shows.

I watched. Same as you, thought it was just decent. I'll watch a few more episodes to see where it's going before deciding if I'll stick with it or not.

I liked it but I really think the premiere should've been 1 episode. The 2nd part of the premiere was obviously just another episode they added on there to make this one big event. The problem though was they were drastically different in scale and tone. I wonder how many viewers didn't finish them because asking 120 mins out of your audience is sort of asking a lot.

Yeah especially for a premiere, my interested tailed off after the first hour.

just watched it, first episode was alright i guess, 2nd episode was a little better, but should have happened later since we really haven't started caring about the characters yet.

its not a bad show, however if this was fall or winter I doubt i would keep watching it since so many great shows to compete with, being summer we really ain't got much better to watch. It definitely not Walking Dead good.

This past episode was a lot better and added a bunch of mystery to what the rest of the season can follow. I also love that they aren't holding back with showing the aliens/mechs. Usually for budget reasons they only show them off 1-2 episodes a season but they have been in the spotlight in every episode so far.

I agree, it was another solid episode that kept me intrigued with the series. One question I had though..

I thought the girl with the oldest brother that got captured, was the one from the bad group that turned on them in episode 2. But then five minutes later she shows up at the base eating dinner with everyone else. So I guess the captured girl must be someone different?

The girl who turned on them had a brother? I thought she was a loner who got captured and raped, and thats why she betrayed the bad guys in episode 2.

No, Noah's kid is who I was talking about. I assume he is the oldest of the three of them, looks like it anyway.

As in she was with him when they got captured.. not as in she has an older brother herself, sorry for the confusion.

Watched the first half of the premier and got bored.....just doesn't hold my interest for whatever reason.

I will say while this show settles at being average, the 2nd season shits on the first.
