What Lil B does is fucking genius. He made such terrible songs that when he raps normal people think it's really good even if the actual songs are just average.

I have no hate towards Lil B, but from a technical standpoint, he isn't a good rapper. I however think the rapping on this LP is average with some rare highlights, but the production and ultimately the message is what makes this good. When he does make these songs with a message, then you can find some gems like:

Lil B has great beat selection and it saves him. Like track 3 on this mixtape. That alone is huge, there's some rappers who are technically skilled but couldn't pick a good beat to save their life.

He also puts out the occasional good song, or song that's just funny.
