So, just out of curiosity to those that have finished AFfC (I just finished it) -- I've read that it occurs concurrently with ADoD, but is there ANY resolution to the dangling Cersei, Jaime, Brienne and "Cat of the Canals" plot threads? Feast was a bit of a bear at times, but I did like the four of those stories and how they progressed (particularly Cersei and Jaime) and I'm going to be a bit peeved if I have to wait another 5+ years just to find out something like:

The outcome of Cersei's trial or whether or not Arya is actually blind

Would appreciate something simple and spoiler free like "yes you will find out more about [blank]'s fate."

All of those plot-lines are either continued or resolved in A Dance with Dragons.

I'm slowly getting through a Feast for Crows. It's just dragging.

Yeah, the second half of the book picks it up but its definitely the worst of the 5 so far.

The third book (I forget all the names, its been a while) is easily the best, in my opinion. The first two books just set up for the third, which is absolutely amazing in how much of a roller coaster it is. The fourth was a bit of a let down, but the fifth is strong again. I cannot wait until 2028 when the 4000 page 6th book is finally published.

Holy shit well there go the Starks. Arya

Oh well more screen time for Dany!

                                About 220 pages through SoS:

I laughed at the way Robb explained to his mother why he brought Jeyne Westerling back to Riverrun.

                                "She ... comforted me mother."

Sidenote - does anyone know when Dance With Dragons is being released in paperback?
