I jumped on the bandwagon a little late. I honestly thought the zombie genre was getting a little played out over the years.

But after watching all the episodes, despite alot of zombie movies and media all with the same forumula (Yes I know this was based off a comic book), this show is literally OUTSTANDING. The cinemotgraphy and the acting is all incredible. The pacing has you on the edge of your seat, with a good balance of action and human morale background stories kind of like Battlestar Galatica.

This show is great. You are so caught up in the characters, it's episode 3 and I don;t even think i've even wanted to answer the question of how the zombies came to be..lol. The show is that good where you are just caught up in the moment of whats going on with the people. With all the possibilities, the sky is the limit for this show.

Last nights episode you are so caught up to see if they would get the ammo bag, then bam out of nowhere you see the huge obstacle they have. Great stuff.

I love how they killed all the extraneous characters last night. I can imagine them in the meeting, writing these scripts, and getting here and thinking 'man, there just aren't enough people for the zombies to kill, fuck it, lets put more in, they'll all die anyway'.

Now I think we're down to the Spanish guy + Family and the woman who looks like Jamie Lee Curtis + Husband. And the red necks

Edit - or is Jamie Lee Curtis woman supposed to be Sophia? And Spanish guy Allen? Man, it has been so long since I read those original issues. I need to get my trades back so I can reread them. I can barely remember those original survivors
