    American Horror Story on FX

    Teaser

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOugYXSfNow[/ame]

    Starts October 5 on FX

About a family that movies into a haunted house...

Stars Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott, Francis Conroy, Denis O’Hare, Taissa Farmiga and Jessica Lange.

It's from Ryan Murphy (Glee, Nip/Tuck, Eat Pray Love). Worth a shot, see if it's worth continuing.

I was interested in checking it out. Hopefully it'll live up to the great track record a lot of FX shows have.

I'm definitely curious as to how this show is going to work, I'll give anything that FX airs a try.

Looks excellent and I fucking hate horror movies.

                FX is an amazing channel.

and now a new series early next year:
According to an FX press release, David Hornsby, Scott Marder, and Rob Rosell of the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia creative team will work with Adam Reed and Matt Thompson of Archer's animation department on a cartoon series called Unsupervised. Whispered about for months now, the working titled of the show was Townies.

The animated series will be based on the trials and tribulations of two fifteen-year old latch-key kids. If you're thinking that the concept sounds an awful lot like a rip-off of Beavis and Butthead, worry not. "It differs from Beavis And Butt-head in that these boys are both optimists who always try to do the right thing, rather than trying to set those sorts of people on fire," say the A.V. Club's Sean O'Neal.

Unsupervised is set to air in January 2012 and will feature the voices of Kristen Bell, Kaitlin Olson, Justin Long, Romany Malco, Alexa Vega, and Fred Armisen.

Not that you need me to tell you this, but damn, does this show sound awesome and promising? FX is creating quite a niche for itself in the world of comedy. With Sunny, Archer, Louie, Wilfred, and now Unsupervised on its roster, the cable channel is fast becoming the go to destination for adult-oriented chuckles.

While you're waiting for more news about Unsupervised, check out Mike Proper's review of It's Always Sunny in Philadlphia's season premiere, "Frank's Pretty Woman."
Looks fucking amazing. They also play a bunch of pretty new movies. Now all they have to do is get rid of Two and a Half Men.

We realize this is a pretty bold statement, but after watching all the new broadcast and cable TV shows, we feel confident in saying it: FX's supremely creepy horror/drama "American Horror Story" is hands down the best new show of the fall. Not that the praise is unanimous. This latest creation from "Glee" and "Nip/Tuck" [...]

They are replaying it twice. Once immediately following the first airing, and again at 12:22 am (im in Central time, I don't know if FX has staggered feeds).
