I have all of the first 52, plus the first #2s, there are some I have just to have but dont read, there is some good potential in alot of these, but I think for some comics they must have picked from a hat or something

I'm still downloading the comics, but i'm a few months behind, last ones I read were some 2s, I think they are about to roll out the 5s soon. Just havent been in the mood to read them, and the application I use to view them gets irritating pretty quickly.Comment

I stopped reading almost everything except
Green Lantern - really fell off after the relaunch, but ive stuck with it since Rebirth
Batman - Scott Snyder should write Batman forever..
Red Hood & the Outlaws - im still iffy on where this will go, its been very hit and miss
Action Comics - It's been a lil dissapointing considering Morrison is writing it
JLA - meh, as soon as Jim Lee dissapears It'll be off this list
Batman:Levaithan Strikes was awesome thou, not sure how it fits in to the new 52 thou

Bomber, dunno if you are still looking -
Animal Man - Jeff Lemire, being from Winnipeg, already had a head start. Sweet Tooth and the Nobody were/are fantastic. This book is on par with those, if not better. I can't say I ever read Animal Man before (or really had heard of him), but this book is well drawn and well written. Top noth
Swamp Thing - Scott Snyder has turned on comic book writing beast mode. Combined with his work on American Vampire, he is definitely one of the best out there
Batman - Again, Scott Snyder. He is a fantastic writer, and his take on the Batman in this new universe is amazing
Men of War - Only read issue 1, but it's very good so far
As you can tell, I typically stay away from the more main stream heroes. Batman is an exception, but I think what the New 52 has done is put some of DCs best writers on more niche comics, and the results have been worth whileComment

I've read them all, i'm going to give them all a read in #2, but after that, probably gonna cut off a few of them. The ones I'm still on the fence on are, Animal Man, Hawk & Dove, Men Of War, OMAC, Static Shock and Swamp Thing, so basically, none of the big names. I do like how some heroes will show up in another person's story, but I hope it isnt constant, maybe an exception for a few. I was on the fence before about Stormwatch, but I think it'll actually be a good series. I hope at some point, we can get to see all of the Bat family take down a bunch of guys. Really happy with the reboot so far, just a bunch of "Who is that?" type heroes
Good lord no wonder I always stuck to the Marvel Universe as a kid.:gayrod:Best reason to have a license.

I dropped them all
Only 1 worth keeping around is Snyder's Batman, I'll just read the whole run in 1 shot like I did with his Detective run...

possibly because of a sign of Ultimate Spider-Man, Action Comics #9 will have a black Superman.
Also, gonna try and get back into the comics, mostly the Batmans, Supermans, and some of the Justice Leaguers like Green Arrow, Flash, Aquaman and some others.
Also, there will be a second wave of DC comics, some comics got canned and there will be a few new ones. The Batman one seems interesting and has Grant Morrison behind it, so it'll probably be pretty good. Interested about the Justice Society one, the others dont seem like they'll last very longComment
