When I was reading the description of Touch, I was mildly interested. But I have to say, that trailer is damn good.

Looks like I'll finally have a show to watch on network TV again.

I liked it alot more than I thought I would. As far as the plot line, I really wouldn't want to give too much away to tell you the truth. In a nutshell, Kiefer has a son that doesn't talk and uses numbers to tell the future. Give it a watch, even if its just the one episode, I doubt you would be disappointed.
