K.R.I.T. tells us that his proper debut LP for Def Jam, Live From the Underground, is currently set for a June release, and is "pretty much done".

With 4Eva & a Day, K.R.I.T. is aiming to "take it back to a lot more lyrical content. Being out on the road, you meet a lot of people and learn about their stories and their lives, what touched them. I really wanna touch on that."

And while his Def Jam album has already been pushed back, the rapper insists that fans shouldn't worry about an indefinite delay. "I sample a lot, and it just took some more time than I thought to get clearances," he explained. "I promise you it's going to be worth it."
