No Doubt announces album release (Sept. 25th, 2012)

It's been 10 years since their last album. So I'm pretty pumped for this. Hopefully it is a good album. Rock Steady (December 2001) in general wasn't great except for a couple singles.

I hope it doesn't suck. Their breakout album was so awesome.

From the brief sampling, sounds niiice.

look, I get stuff from my favorite arists in their later years but the fact is ,its never great compared to early work.
I just figure I'm helping support them. This wont have the bite and edge of the early stuff, so no it wont be as good.

Each of their albums has their own sound. Tragic Kingdom put them on the map and then Return of Saturn had a lot of expectation but didn't sell very well in 2000. Personally, I think it's a great album. It is on the emo/girly side but I really dig the music. As for Rock Steady, there is a couple tracks that I dislike. Funny though, that they won Grammys off of "Hey Baby".

I'm really liking what they have sampled so far through these webisodes.

First sample of their new single. Not too sure what to think of it. #smallsamplesize

Their new single "Settle Down" has premiered. You can buy it on iTunes or just listen to it here.

Video premiers tomorrow night on E! @ 8pm est.

IMO, it sounds upbeat reggae like and could be a single from Rock Steady. I'm fine with it, chorus is catchy.

Needs more guitar. the song overall sounds like Gwen's solo work :/

Not a huge fan of here solo work at all.

Still can't wait till Sept. 25th.

Major Lazer came out with a re-mix to the first single and it sounds like total shit.
