The same director's new show premiered overseas a little over a month ago. The North American rights have already been bought, so it'll eventually come in English over here. If you don't mind subtitles though, you can watch it now.
12 episodes total, they're 8 in so far.
I'm not starting until tonight, so I don't know anything about the quality. Just know it's somewhat about jazz, and the jazz music in Bebop was
, along with what they had in Champloo. Warning though, it's not action like the other two series. So if that's the only genre of anime that you like, then maybe you shouldn't bother???
