'Vegas' on CBS feat. Michael Chiklis and Dennis Quaid

How did nobody post about this upcoming fall show yet?

Set in 1960s Vegas, Chiklis is a mob boss and Quaid is a former cop back in action.

It's CBS...but looks worth checking out.

Premieres Tuesday, September 25 at 10 eastern.

Didn't we already have an awful TV show set in Vegas called "Vegas"?

      *looks up*

      Oh, nvm.

Sounds awesome...he's an ex-cop, his friend is in the mob...riveting!

I honestly had the idea a few years ago for a show called "Hospital Lawyers", which would combine Boston Legal and Grey's Anatomy into one amazingly terrible show...and I heard there is now going to be a show called "Hospital Lawyers" or something like that.

Every show has a cop/mob/doctor/lawyer angle, and they all suck. The best show would consist of an undercover cop working as a lawyer in a hospital trying to take down someone from the mob. The undercover cop would be a female who is made fun of by her superiors but is really strong on the inside.

                Dennis Quaid sucks.

Chiklis will only ever be Vic Mackey. His career is over.

                Fuck CBS

hmm...I will try this but it has a short leash, being a network show and all. First sign of network shenanigans and i'm out.

When does Joe Pesci show up?

Dennis Quaid and CBS are really a match made in heaven though. Inoffensive and colorless generic white middle class fare, coming right up.

Damn, this is getting average reviews at best.

Turns out, it's just another network TV criminal procedural (though with star power).

I wanted this to be a good one for Chiklis after the ABC crap a year or two ago.

Quoting myself again...because there is a new show on TV called "Mob Doctor". I should be getting royalties for this!
