    The Inbetweeners (U.S. Version)

Saw a commercial for the premiere of the U.S. version and started laughing...the original British version was sooo awesome. Apparently, ABC tried to do a remake years ago but it never got started.

The new version starts Monday on MTV, written by Brad Copeland (he's written for Grounded for Life, Arrested Development and My Name is Earl among other series').

None of the people who play the kids are well known at all, but the new Mr. Gilbert is Brett Gelman.

    Worth a DVR.

I guess if I'm around I might give it a watch. I loved the original British series.

Empire, you're too old for MTV shows. Quit being a weirdo.
