Sony pictures owns all Spiderman and fantastic four property. Fox owns all x men property.

Actually, Fox owns Fantastic Four, and Sony has Ghost Rider.



But, looking at the trailer, it looks really good, in the shot of all the suits in the air, some look a little different, bit bulkier, plus the Hulkbuster suit

A huge fan theory going around the internet is that the Mandarin was one of Nick Fury's original members of The failed Avengers Initiative that was alluded to in the first Avengers movie. That's why there is the Avengers A in the middle of it.

Another theory is that it's an Anarchy logo with a designed to take a shot at America
