Best/Favorite scene in original Star Wars trilogy (?)

I know this is subjective, but I wanted to see what scene from the original Star Wars was the best in peoples' minds. My favorite has always been the Cantina scene in Star Wars...great energy, Luke gets yelled at by everyone, Obi-Wan is a bad-ass, we meet Han Solo and Chewbacca, the droids have to stay outside, and Han shoots Greedo.

The scene in the first star wars where Han comes in the Millennium Falcon and butt rapes Vader. Still gives me chills. /nerd

Besides the paternity-revealing fight scene in ESB, I'd have to go with the fight scene in ROTJ because it's so emotionally charged and it also cuts away to the battle on Endor. It was a really good saga-capping sequence, I think.
