New David O. Russell movie 'American Hustle'

American Hustle, aka Abscam Project, aka the Untitled David O. Russell Project, aka American Bullshit, wrapped up filming in the Boston area on Wednesday and will spend the last couple days of production in NYC.

The movie stars Christian Bale as a financial con-man who was caught by an OTT federal agent, played by Bradley Cooper, along with his girlfriend, played by Amy Adams in the 1970s. The couple was offered a deal provided they help turn the tables on other crooks and shady politicians. They ended up taking on a leader of the New Jersey state assembly, played by Jeremy Renner, among others. Jennifer Lawrence and Louis C.K. have also recently joined the cast.

According to recent casting calls, the movie will be filming on location in NYC today, 5/17 and tomorrow, 5/18. Today, they are filming around the courts in Manhattan, near Worth and Lafayette St.

Bale getting his Al Pacino on, could've sworn he was about to call the painting a "fugazi".
