One Season...Five Hour-long episodes.

A+ Television. High recommendation.

I almost don't even want to see a Series Two.

 

Because I am almost certain it'll be a re-hash of Series 1, just more cat and mouse detective - bad guy stuff and they'll ultimately catch Specter and I'll be sad. The best part of Series 1 was that Specter got up and left while Gibson has some fragments of who he was, but it was all vague and they got that info by some total happenstance...especially his former pseudo-name. The fact that he "got away" made this series get issued the crown.

NOW...if they actually set Series 2 say...ten years into the future or something and Specter starts killing again, like the Trinity Killer or something, then I think there is some good possibilities here. But, if they just continue Series 1 with them getting a little closer...I just don't want to sully Series 1, which was A+.

I agree. I love the BBC for keeping series short and to be point so I am hoping it will avoid the pitfalls.

When I saw an article in the paper about the second season I was surprised as I felt it had been left in a good place where you could make up your mind as go what happens after
