Does he still change in a phone booth? If so, does it take him a while to find one, resulting in Lex Luther getting away with his crimes more often?
Superman question for the comic book guys

LOL. It's been awhile since I read Superman on a regular basis but I find he's pretty much given up the dual life in a lot of the comics. -
And what I've read of somewhat newer stuff, he's not even dumb anymore. In the Morrison mini-series he's pretty much the world's greatest scientist.Comment

Superman historically very, very rarely used telephone booths to change into his tights.Comment

Superman has two weaknesses, Kryptonite and a lack of yellow sunlight. Kryptonite makes him sick and red sunlight makes him normal.
Other than that... he is stronger, faster, smarter, more durable, and with more abilities than nearly every other super hero. There are people who are more powerful, but honestly, Superman is boring with how strong he is.Comment

Depends.
Present day Superman would put up a hell of a fight, but probably be killed just from the sheer power of Galactus.
Superman Prime (our Kal El but one who spent 680 centuries traveling the universe perfecting himself and gaining new powers, including that of the Source, basically making him God) would fly out from his Fortress of Solitude in the center of the Sun, wave his hand and turn Galactus into a newborn kitten using the powers of the Imps of the 5th Dimension.Comment

Sentry! That guy was Marvel's version of Superman with issues. Essentially, he could control the very molecules of himself to the point of making him invulnerable. He could even control molecules better than Molecule Man. And Marvel did the smart thing...
They killed him off by him essentially pleading with heroes to kill him because he was too damn strong.
But for the question you asked, it would have to be Galactus unless you were talking about an alternate version of Superman. There have been more powerful people then Superman in both universes, but Marvel normally makes sure to give their most powerful heroes and villains some major flaw.Last edited by JeremyHight; 10-21-2013, 10:06 PM.Comment
