Don't blame them too much, as a Phils fan, I can safely say that tonight's game was retarded. How many called strike 3's were there? 14? Something like that. Unreal.

talk about some horrible umpires for that series, huge fuck up yesterday on Janish's throw to first, runner scored along with a few more after, if the call had been correct the .050 hitting Moyer would have been up with 2 outs.

Can't say its Good Arroyo tonight since he is facing what some have called a Triple A lineup in the Mets, glad to see it though just because this team needs to beat the teams they are suposed to since in years past that didn't happen much. Really have to have a sweep after the Philly series debacle

lol, put his bike on the mound, probably have a lower ERA and opponent batting average than Arroyo

yah, i heard someone say that this season is looking like the 89 season, which had most of the same team as the wire to wire, but had tons of injuries, there is no doubt that injuries are going to cost us this season, hopefully they can still finish about .500.

sucks about Bruce, any idea who is going to get the call up?

yeah what a joke, i heard today that they don't want to bring up a young guy. Looks like Walt is going to luck out, since he hasn't been able to land any offensive help by the time the deadline comes this team will be so far out of it he will have an excuse when he can't get a deal done.

definately more credit for doing it to the Brewers, still hate the fucker,oh and still whats his ERA, whats his opponent batting average. Arroyo has two types of outings, he fools everyone or he fools no one

the most overrated stat in the history of th sport, how many wins does Aaron Harang have, and what is is ERA and oppoent batting average and WHIP. compared to Arroyo. so by that what sort of run support does Arroyo have vs Harang, you know the answers to that, bottom line Arroyo is so overrated because his best stat is the most overrated stat not just in the history of baseball, but probably the most overrated stat in all of sports

Arroyo never seems to have a pretty ERA because he always has a couple starts per year (usually vs. the Braves for whatever reason) where he gets absolutely bombed and cant get out of the 1st.

nflman, give him credit, he's on fire right now.

He's a decent #3 starter, always has been, always will. He takes the ball every 5th day, wins 14 or 15 games, and never misses a start. What more do you want out of a middle of the rotation guy? He can play for me anyday.

He's got an outside shot at 20 wins. Leave him alone this year.

yeah the guy can hit RHP, i mean usually RHH vs RHP matchup isn't as big of a deal as LHH vs LHP because Gomes has been facing mostly RHP his whole career.
