People said this about him in 2005 after he batted 236 with the marlins. His career average is .279 and he batted only 4 points lower last year. In Mike Lowell's all star season in 2007 he had 21 homeruns in 154 games. In 2008 he had 17 homeruns in 113 games he would of easily surpassed his 2007 homerun total if he was healthy. His average was the only down fall between 2007 and 2008. He would of been an all star last year too if i wasnt for the Redsox sending many other players to the game. I can almost guarentee if Mike Lowell can stay healthy in 2009 he will get 100 RBI's

of course he was 50 RBI's down because he missed almost 40 more games. I know 2007 was a peak year. I am just saying he had a pretty good year last year. If you watched the Redsox last year you would see what the difference was when they had Lowell in the lineup and when he wasnt in the lineup.Comment
