AL/NL Cy Young winner: Who do you have?

    Grienke and Lincecum.

Halladay needs to be mentioned in the AL.

    I'd take Carpenter over Lincecum.

Forgot about Carpenter. Imo Carpenter has a slight lead over Lincecum.

my votes are for greinke and lincecum
              1) He's not a cheater
              2) His SO to Walk ratio is much better.
              3) He pitches in the toughest division in all of baseball.
              4) He has 34 or 35 Consecutive Saves.
              5) He's a Yankee.
              6) Mo deserves a CY Young, Because he's earned it.
              7) Because it's my opinion/vote & not yours.
              8) He's the greatest closer of all-time & at 39 is still dominant.
              9) His entrance song is Enter Sandman by Metallica.
              10) Gotta Go To Mo's.

                Carpenter or Wainwright
                Greinke

                  AL - Zack Greinke

                  NL - Chris Carpenter

As of now Sabathia doesn't deserve the Cy Young. If he continues to pitch well in his last month of the season he does but as of now Greinke deserves it more and I think Greinke will win it.

                  Coming soon...

Verlanders ERA since April 27th is 2.15. he got off to a slow start but has been domianting since. Something I think some poeple are overlooking. He might not win it this eyar but he will win one eventually, I think hes the only pitcher that throws 97 MPH after 100 pitches.

Should be Carpenter and Greinke. Carpenter has had four less starts than Lincecum -- not back breaking -- but has three more wins, a better ERA and a better WHIP.

However, I'll still be shocked if he does win it because wins for some reason still hold a lot of weight with some baseball writers. Greinke is in the top three of about every major pitching category there is.
same can be said for Lincecum and Cain

my vote is Greinke & Lincecum
