That being said here's mine:

1. Rockies win first NLW crown.
2. Dodgers Finish closer to the Padres then the Rockies and Giants.
3. Phillies will not win the NL.
4. Matt Holliday wins the NL MVP.
5. Dan Haren wins NL Cy Young.

That is bold, it is good to know you can just say a last name and we all know who he is. It means he is an elite pitcher and we all know it. This is very very bold.

Not sure if I have 10 but I have a few

1. The Nationals won't finish in last place in the NL East.
They've made a ton of small, yet important signings to a team that was already improving drastically late in the 2009 season. Hate to say it but I think their move out of the cellar comes at the expense of the Mets.

2. The Giants will go to the World Series
They have the pitching to go deep into the playoffs and adding Mark Derosa, Aubrey Huff, and a full year of Freddy Sanchez will help with the offense.

3. Drew Storen will have a bigger impact than Stephen Strasburg
Storen is overshadowed by Strasburg but people forget that he was a top 10 selection himself. Storen is primed to be a tremendous reliever and should be a bigger addition to the club this year than Strasburg is.

So far #2 looks to be a solid prediction

Seriously. He was replying to a guy who made a prediction about Jurrjens which appeared to be correct, and he was saying that it was too bold of a prediction.

Then he goes on to say A-Rod hits < 20 homers.

So according to GayTrains, predicting a down year for 24-year old Jair Jurrjens is too bold, but predicting that a first ballot HOFer who has NEVER hit fewer than 20 homers hits fewer than 20 homers, well, that's okay.

Some very bold predictions. I don't think most of them will happen but wouldn't be surprised if at least 2-3 of them did.

Not bad, that Jeter prediction was very impressive IMO.
