Trade Rumor: Hart for Minor?

Everyone should know how much I hate Corey Hart. From what I hear though, the Braves wouldn't be allowed to trade Mike Minor until August. Not sure what the reasoning is, I guess something to do with service time? The guy who runs the CapitolAvenueClub blog about the Braves said this in an ESPN chat the other day. He's a really knowledgeable baseball guy so I'm gonna trust him on that.
