I have watched every one of Cliff's starts this year, and I was ecstatic when we got him in Seattle. I was hoping he would fall in love with being a Mariner and Jack Z could work out a contract, but I also know that's also not very realistic.

It's hard for me to quit on my team when the season isn't even quite half way over, so if we do dish out Lee i'd like to get some players that can have an immediate impact. I understand the immense value of prospects, but I have never really been a wait-and-see kind of fan.

        Everyone else is saying Rangers.

Smoak and three others for Lee and Mark Lowe.

The other 3 prospects should be interesting w/ the Mariners eating $2.5 mil of his deal

Smoak has a nice swing, will be a nice OBP guy, he has power, and he's a switch hitter. He reminds me of Mark Mark Teixeira. Now the Rangers have to start Chris "I always strikeout" Davis at 1st.

Only problem i have is if he can catch, we know he can hit. And if he can't catch where will he play 1B? we already have Tex. so idk, i wouldn't mind giving him up.
