Who woulda thought the Braves would be leading... I think we're gonna go deep into the playoffs, we're doing good with JHey on the DL. He's coming back after the break healthy so I'm expecting him to come back hot.

I think its safe to say no one saw any of the 3 NL division leaders coming.

We need our entire rotation healthy. Suppan and Hanksworth are giving us NOTHING.

White Sox down 9.5 less than a month ago now in first place. Hell fucking yeah.

It was worse in 2006 when St. Louis won the division at 83-76.

Yeah and that was the worse Cardinals team on the decade to that point I believe. The 2004 and 2005 teams would have beat the shit out of the 2006 version. Actually most any team of that decade would have pounded that 2006 club. Except perhaps the 2003 team.

Yeah, I agree. I remember going into the playoffs that year with zero momentum. That season was filled with injuries, the Sidney Ponson "what will he do next?" show, and Isringhausen's implosion.

Glad to still have a ring out of it, however.

And to think the Nationals looked decent at one point this year

Im incredibly upset with the Orioles this year. I thought they were gonna be a .500 team but it didn't work out that way and we ended up firing our skipper. It's ok though cause i've seen a lot of young talent this year that will be important pieces of our playoff run in the future.

                              What pitching does Baltimore have?
