The Reds went up against a dominant pitcher pitching in his first ever playoff game. Nothing much you can do if he is lights out.

Yeah, I think too much is made of that stuff. Especially when you are talking about an 11 year vet with that level of success.

SP's, QB's, head coaches, whatever. If they fail, it's just an easy story for the writers.

If this gets to a Game 4, Dusty HAS to start Wood.

I'm not laughing at the Reds. I'm laughing at how unbelievable it is for a guy who's waited 10+ years to get into the postseason and in his very first game, throws the first no hitter in a playoff game in 50+ years.

All I could do is laugh when I thought about how crazy it was for Roy to do what he did. Not slighting the Reds at all, so relax killer.

Oh my bad, I don't know how I mistakenly took an "LOL" for the wrong thing.

Anyone see the huge strikezone roy was getting? Not to take anyuthing away from him because he is a stud but that huge zone was a little underwhelming.

Well the outside plate was big, but that was for both teams. The inside was pretty tight, thats pretty standard. Sometimes the umps will squeeze it, but that zone was pretty standard.

It was consistent. The only call I thought was a bad one was the K on Rolen when he went down looking. Halladay was hitting his spots like crazy though.

Agreed.............I am surprised that kid is not starting..........I am glad that we were able to manufacture runs tonight. Instead of relying on the dingers though.

What a brilliant performance. Watched it from start to finish, can't lie, I was pulling for the no-no by the end of it.

Fuck the Phils, but Doc is cool in my book. That was really something. Other than the 2nd inning though, it was a great pitcher's duel. I don't think Cincinnati is cooked just yet.
