WTF!?!?

Here's what I understand about this whole deal:

1) Lee and his wife love Philly, his wife hates NYC apparently.
2) Yankees are offering crazy money but not enough years.
3) Texas isn't offering enough money.
4) Lee has said this a few times during the season "I wouldn't mind going back to Philly"

I am freakin out........and if this goes down by X-mas, I am going to hit puberty all over again.

Don't understand why Lee doesn't want to come to NY. It's not for the lack of money or years. He should just stay in Texas.
