    Brandon Webb Signs with Texas

One year, $3 million base salary plus incentives worth $2 million.

    Worth a shot.

For $3 million without incentives? Hell yea. Could be a nice pick up for cheap.

Definitely worth a shot. I'd love to see him and Ben Sheets get back to pitching at an eliete level. The game needs as many great pitchers as it can get. Webb is filthy when he's at full strength.

Apparently the Reds were the other team he was considering. Wow. That would have been awesome. None the less, good signing for Texas

Good for both sides.....the guy's got great talent but stuck on some shitty teams. Hopefully he finds some championships with the rangers.

Rumor was earlier that if Philly didn't grab Lee, then they woulda charged after Webb big time.

Injuries have kept him from pitching since the beginning of the 2009 season.

                His shoulder is destroyed.

Decent signing but I don't really see him ever reaching the level he was at before.

I like the signing for Texas but I wish he would have signed with the Reds. Makes it harder for the Brewers, but it makes the NL Central that much better if he pitches even half as well as he has in the past. Even with the Cubs being irrelevant which makes my penis tingle, this is a very exciting division this year.

Low risk/high reward. Hope it works out for the Rangers, I really want to see that team in another world series.

His velocity is reported around 80 MPH right now, so don't get your hopes up. You never know though.
