Bonds is an always has been a fucking toolbag. This doesn't erase that. Bonds is such a slimeball I really question whether this is out of the goodness of his heart or for the good press.

Im a Bonds fan, I got meet him out in SF at PAC Bell. (my sister was engaged to a player) so I got to hang with the team quite a bit. Bonds was always nice to me, signed some balls, shot the shit, so he's ok in my book with me.

Little fishy though that he is doing this with all the BALCO stuff going on all because of his reputation.

Bonds was a great player before and after(obviously) the steroid shit. It's well known what an asshole he is to the press and the fans at times. This doesn't erase that obviously but it's a great gesture for a really bad situation. I hate the people that did this to Stow more then I hate Bonds antics during his playing days.
