Astros sold and moving to AL in '13.

Got this on my FB page from the local station, Sports Radio 610AM.

"The sale of the #Astros to Jim Crane has been officially approved. The club will move to the AL West in 2013. #MLB"

It's a slippery slope from here. I could see a universal DH rule being applied eventually.

Just what I needed. Less of a chance for the Mariners to make the playoffs

I hope when they remake Bull Durham in 10 years that they change astroturf to interleague play in Crash Davis's speech.

No...this makes every division have 5 teams. If it had been the Diamondbacks, another team that had talked about going willingly to the American League, Astros would have still moved to the NL West.

Hate this. Interleague every night is bullshit. I don't see why unbalanced leagues were a big deal.

I think I'm the only person in the world who likes interleague.

I like interleague, I just don't want it every night. There was too much already.

I also don't like when the Pirates play the Mariners or the Mets play the A's. I think it should be limited to rivals and then rotate one other team each year or something.

But that ship has sailed, obviously.

                          Braves/Red Sox, huge rivalry!

Even if the franchise was started in Boston and played there for 80 years, no one under the age of 60 remembers it.

I have to say it should be either every night or never honestly.. I mean I lean to never, but honestly the novelty has worn off on me, so really i guess who gives a shit.
