When did we start getting so damned shitty at international competition?

Oh well, something kind of exciting about Japan-Korea. Those two countries hate each other. Should be interesting.

Our players are a bunch of bitches that's why we suck at international competition. They're all more concerned about getting ready for the season as opposed to having some national pride. Other countries treat these games like their playing in the world series. Our players treat it like spring training.

I'm thoroughly convinced that anything the American players say about playing for their country is nothing more than lip service.

There needs to be some changes to this tournament so we can get full participation. I'd like to see what a complete Team USA can do.

Full participation will never happen.

You're always going to get players that want nothing to do with the tournament for whatever reason.

The biggest change they need to make is not have the games spread out so much. This is baseball. Players are used to playing pretty much every day.

It's just never gonna happen. To most players, I don't think it seems all that worthwhile when you have 162 games/ 7 months ahead of what (whether we like it or not) is more important.
