Personally I don't think it's much of a big deal who gets the home games and when, but it still annoys me that the league backed down to the union on this.

I mean, why did the union even push this issue? Is one extra day of travel that big of a deal? Apparently not, because moving forward they are going to 2-1-2. The union is basically just being pricks and giving MLB a hard time because it wasn't part of the original schedule released a few months earlier. Petty, stupid, bullshit, par for the course for America's unions.
