Just got back from the game. Great performance by Hellickson. Scott tweaked something, hopefully he can recover quickly. Pena looks incredibly comfortable, like he never left town. I hope Maddon continues to give Joyce at bats vs lefties so he can become better at it even if it means moving him towards the bottom on games vs lefty starters. Just really good baseball the first 3 games and hope it continues in the upcoming series vs the Tigers and Sox. Really tough stretch the first few series this year. I guess Niemann is getting skipped over in his next start so Hellickson is going to get an extra days rest. Moore on Tuesday and Shields on Wednesday vs Verlander. Can't wait.

TK said that Scott had a "tight left hamstring" and is day-to-day right now.

The good guys take two from three from Milwaukee. I know it was Randy Wolf out there for them, but a line-up with four back-ups (more like three and a half, since Greene is platooned with Descalso at 2B) still put on a bunch of runs. Nice to see "Sugar" Shane Robinson go deep for his first career HR.

How about Lance Lynn? Six and two-thirds of two-hit ball with eight K's. Not bad for Carp's replacement.

diamondbacks are a scary team this year though. playing at chase fucking sucks. can't wait to see blanco, cabrera, and pagan toy with triples alley, the road is gonna be tough this year though

I gave him a high five as he walked passed me. Guy has an awesome job, and he always seems to find at least 1 group of hot chicks to talk to no matter what stadium they are in .

He's always so smooth on air lol...I love when Dewayne and BA call him "That strapping young lad." We have to have the most entertaining tv broadcast team in all of MLB. I love how much fun those guys have during a broadcast, while at the same time delivering awesome PBP and color commentary.

EDIT: I found a youtube video that someone uploaded of Staats and BA during a blowout last year against Oakland. Not the funniest back-and-forth between them, but, it is still good.
