They can't just switch roles. Mike Leake is not the type of pitcher you want to use in high leverage situations, he'd be a long man/mop up guy.
Nick Masset & Bill Bray would be the guys who "replace" what Chapman's role is in the bullpen. The Reds bullpen is full of people like Alfredo Simon and JJ Hoover right now. Aside from Logan Ondrusek, who is very good, who among a group of Simon, Hoover, Sam LeCure, Jose Arredondo, and Mike Leake would you trust to pitch in the high leverage late game situations that Chapman is being used in? The Reds bullpen would essentially become Ondrusek, Arredondo, & Marshall, along with four long men/mop up guys.
