Fredi and Jim Tracy having a dumb managing competition tonight. Tracy intentionally walked Jack Wilson to load the bases for Eric Hinske which led to a 2 run double, and Fredi left Huddy in to bunt in the 7th inning of a 7-7 game, only to take him out anyway and end up double-switching Diaz for Heyward. Hinske and Diaz defense in the late innings ...

Rays won last night with a lineup that was created by the Tampa Chamber of Commerce. In something that has become somewhat of a ritual, Joe Maddon had a luncheon with the Greater Tampa COC last year and allowed them to make the lineup for that evening's game. Yesterday, Maddon met with the COC and allowed them to make the lineup for last night...again. The legend of JoeMa grows...

Travis Wood will make his first start for the Cubs tomorrow due to Matt Garza being sick. Wood is 1-3 with a 5.08 ERA for the AAA squad. Given up 35 hits in 28.1 IP
