    Why was Lawrie mad?

And why am I just now seeing it? Can you imagine if that were Bryce Harper ...
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Could you imagine you not mentioning the Nats in every one of your posts?

He was mad because he thought the pitch was a ball. Full count and Rodney got the call.

The pitch before the called strike 3 Lawrie started towards first base because he thought it was ball 4. Then the strike 3 was marginal at best.

Forgot to mention, Bryce Harper is the first teenager to hit a homer in back to back games since Ken Griffey Jr did it in 1989

Andre Ethier is the lone Opening Day starter in the line-up for the Dodgers today. Luckily for us, San Diego's line-up looks about equally pathetic and Capuano is on the mound for the Dodgers.

The Giants are stealing our shtick by batting the pitcher eighth tonight. Assholes.

Ike Davis gives the Mets the lead and Santana pitches well....the bullpen gives it up.

TODDFATHER with 2 bombs...Reds beat the Mets 6-3 with 5 runs in the 7th and 8th innings. That win felt good. Santana and Leake both pitched very well, it came down to a battle of the bullpens and our bullpen is filthy so we got the dub

Astros are going to a be a pain in the ass for contenders all season, all full of piss & vinegar & youthful exuberance.

Trade Wandy, Myers, and Lee already!

This is why I fucking love The Drip :leake:

                            per john fay.

Leake: "I was working on attacking them and throwing the ball with some attitude, instead of like a sissy."
